| Problems identified with this permit are resolved. Per Mark Stephens: I have also attached a revised plat for Wasson North Clearfork Unit No. 171 (42-501-36186) to account for a change to the proposed bottom hole location (the surface hole location remains the same as shown on our original plat); the footage calls are now - 1331' FSL & 1810' FWL (Survey) 3970' FSL & 2157' FEL (Lease) Attached also is an as-drilled plat for Oxy's Wasson North Clearfork Unit No. 132R (42-501-35378) which is the nearest well to WNCU No. 171. Both the revised plat for WNCU No. 171 and the as-drilled plat for WNCU No. 132R show the distance between the two wells to be 526'. |
